Dear Doctor:  Many years ago, when I was in high school the school made us stand and recite the pledge of allegiance.   We were into  video game cartridges and found the pledge a bit boring so we began modifying it to match our personalities.

I made my pledge of allegiance to the Sega Genesis and my friend made the TurboGraphx-16.  I have never regretted my decision to chose Genesis over TurboGraphx, but I feel I made a mistake declaring my allegiance so young. That was about 25 years ago and my pledge has kept me from many other systems such as Super Nintendo, N64, Playstations 1~4, Several Xboxes, Wii and Wii U.  I have never even touched a Gameboy or an Iphone Game? What should I do. I don’t have as much time for gaming anymore, but still wonder if it’s time for a change — Pixel72

Dear Pixel72:   You have gone against your country.  I am reporting you to the authorities.  In the meantime, can I borrow your Genesis.  I still have an old M.U.S.H.A cartridge that I’m dying to play again.  If not, I’ll just check Virtual Console.  Good luck with your exportation.
